I personal believe the problem with health care IS insurance. Doctors and the like know insurance companies have deep pockets. It removes the power of the consumer when you have corporations paying your bills for you. I go to my doctor with insurance all of a sudden i need 13 different tests, i go in without and I'm instructed to take some aspirin and see if it passes. What happens when the entirety of the tax paying citizenry is paying my bills? Im sure I'll require a transplant for a stubbed toe. But of course it will take 3 months before the paper work is processed and in the end they will remove my kidneys.
